What time can I check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time begins at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Do you allow early check in and late check-out? 

Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate requests, we may not be able to offer late check-out or early check-in due to the need to respect the timing of previous guests and to prepare rooms for those arriving afterward. We appreciate your understanding if we are unable to grant your request, as we strive to ensure smooth transitions for all our guests. Thank you!

Can I leave my bags and walk around the farm before my check in or after my check out?

Yes,, absolutely, you may leave your bags free of charge at the security checkpoint by the farm’s entry. Please note that we reserve the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items. 

I have read on your web site that there is no central reception desk on premises. How do I orient myself when I arrive at the farm’s large territory? 

The beauty of the vast space and landscape brings its own set of challenges, but we've made check-in a breeze. Before your arrival, we'll send you an instructional video with step-by-step guidance on how to reach your destination, get your keys, and settle into your cozy nest.

What if I have heavy bags to carry to my destination? 

We’re happy to assist with delivering your luggage to your rental property. If you have heavy bags, please leave them at the security checkpoint, taking along any items you need right away. Our staff will have your bags delivered to you within the next 30 minutes.

Can I request additional housekeeping? 

Please note: Daily housekeeping is not included with our rentals. However, for stays of 7 days or longer, we offer complimentary cleaning service once per week during your stay.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, each of our properties has an independent WiFi Access. Log in info will be provided along with check in instructions.  

Can I bring my pet inside the properties?

As much as we love pets, not all cases are permitted. We will accommodate your canine and feline friends if they are potty trained and know not to jump on furniture. We will ask you to keep your pets on the leash at all times on the farm territory. An additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the costs of extra cleaning efforts. 

Do you offer parking slots for hotel guests?   

You are welcome to park outside the farm in the designated parking areas. While there are no assigned spots, feel free to park wherever you find an available space.

What is your linen & damage Policy?

Please be aware that additional charges may apply for any stains, damages, or cleaning required, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties will vary depending on the extent and nature of the damage. These may include, but are not limited to, charges for cleaning, repairs, or replacements related to stained linens, walls, vomit, blood, food stains, or broken furniture and fixtures. The exact costs will be assessed by the Manager on a case-by-case basis.

What is your smoking policy?

We strive to promote a healthier, happier, and fresher lifestyle. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Please note that Oda houses are crafted from ancient, dry wood, making them highly susceptible to fire. For safety, smoking on Oda balconies is not allowed. Kindly use only the designated smoking areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What should I pack before I come?

Keep in mind that you are at an elevation of 1,100 meters above sea level. If you're starting from Tbilisi, expect the temperature to be at least 4-5 degrees cooler than in the capital. Be sure to pack sturdy shoes for walking in the forest, a raincoat, thermal layers, and a hat. In the summer, sunscreen and a straw hat will also come in handy.
